A unique feature of TrialKit is the ability to manage many users and sites across multiple studies on a single account.

For example, a research institution is conducting six studies. They are partnered with 20 different sites around the globe to recruit study patients. The institution managing the studies will need to control 100 different users, all with different needs regarding their permissions and to which of the six studies they have access. Some of the users may even need to access more than one study.

There are three steps involved in adding sites and giving users study access. Select each item below to read more.

Add the sites to the account and designate to which studies they will need access

Add the users to the account

Within each study, add the users to the site to which they belong

For every action taken to add/remove sites and users from a study, there is a full audit trail.
