Question: How do I access the Enrollment Form that is saved in error? When clicking on subject ID an error called "Enrollment Form Contains Errors" pops up.
Answer: Tap on RED Question Mark Icon on far left of existing subject listing as shown below. Read more here about accessing a subject's records.
Question: Does the app work offline, or is a data connection required?
Answer: For data security reasons, to avoid storing sponsor study data on remote devices, the app only works with a data connection, much like the web browser in Clinical Studio. This way, sponsors don't need to purchase, control, and manage devices for the system to work securely.
