### Highlighted Features In This Release

#### ePRO and Participant Engagement Enhancements

- Less tapping - App users [now open immediately to the list of forms that are due](/v1/docs/accessing-epro-forms-to-complete-participant). Diaries also now display the interval/sequence so Participants can easily reference how far along they are.
- The Participant web portal diary schedule report now allows for [accessing past diaries](/v1/docs/accessing-epro-forms-to-complete-participant#viewing-diary-schedules) if the study allows for it. Previously this was only possible in the app.
- Usability improvements to the [Participant’s calendar](/v1/docs/participants-schedule-and-virtual-video-sessions) and navigation with video calls, including on mobile browsers
- A new [diary configuration](/v1/docs/configuring-study-for-epro-and-ediaries#definition-of-terms-in-the-diary-configuration) to automatically get the diary window date. This is helpful when diary windows overlap,.
- Studies that include [data from wearables](/v1/docs/wearables-health-and-activity-data-collection-apple-health-google-health-connect-and-fitbit) will now automatically pull the wearable data when the Participant opens the app, without manual interaction

#### Comprehensive Diary Report

Studies that contain multiple diaries can now see all Participant schedules in one view, along with a filter to focus on diary intervals that are missed. This report can be viewed at the site level or the study level. It primarily helps Site staff and Data Management see diary completion at a higher level instead of a per-diary basis.

#### Text Label Editing in the Form Builder

Text labels can now be modified in bulk with a new editor option. Label size/font has also been improved to translate much better when forms were built on the app. This allows for more readily going back and forth between the app and web building tools.

#### Trial Master File Review

- [Completed review](/v1/docs/trial-master-file-etmf#reviewing-documents) (approved or rejected files) now send an automatic email notification of the status to the folder owner.
- TMF Review comments are now displayed in the [Review history popup](/v1/docs/trial-master-file-etmf#managing-reviewers) for faster reference
- TMF Folder owner can now be referenced more easily [in the task list](/v1/docs/trial-master-file-etmf#tasks), as opposed to drilling into the properties of each file.

#### Randomization Auto-Balancing

Randomization now has the ability to keep the groups balanced by assigning the group least-filled.

#### Exporting Blank Casebook Design

The form builder has always allowed for exporting forms to PDF in a casebook visit order. That has now been expanded to export all cohorts and log forms combined, and to bookmark by form or by visit.

### Other Worthy Mentions

- The [Site Calendar](/v1/docs/site-calendarscheduling#accessing-the-study-schedule) is now available at the Participant level within the casebook view. This makes scheduling easier when a subject is already open on the screen
- [Data exports](/v1/docs/data-exports#extract-all-form-data) now contain diary name and diary interval information to help identify and report on adherence to the diary rules.

### Impact Considerations

Impact ratings can be found within the release notes for each change. Any changes that have potential to impact study configurations, expected existing behavior, or changes to common user navigation will be highlighted here.

- Participants on mobile will now be directed immediately to the list of forms due for completion, after logging in.
- Data exports for diary forms contain two additional columns that could impact scripts that rely on column order.
