Understanding Record/Form Statuses
When extracting data or building reports, each record/form contains a type and status. These are explained below.

Form Statuses:

Form Transactions:

Bypassed review level status examples:
10 = If this is review level 1, then add 10 (20) to get the same level of review when the record is bypassed
11 = If this is Review level two, then add 10 (21) to get the same review level when the record is bypassed
100 = Record deleted

124 = Record saved as a draft on a handoff
150 = Record inserted from import
151 = Record updated from import
160 = Table rows inserted from web service
161 = Table rows updated from web service
170 = Table Row deleted
180 = Medical code field updated by the medical coder

*10-19 are reserved for the study designer to use in the study configuration review workflow. These identify the review level status. The final review level would be a record that has gone through all stages of the record lifecycle.
Example:

12 = Investigator Review
