# Schedule Visits With Participants In a Common Calendar

If your study includes Participant-entered data where the study Participants regularly access assessments or questionnaires, that means they also have a study calendar where they can see visits (virtual or in person) that are scheduled for them.

At the site level, you can see the events for all Participants at the site.

If you don’t see a calendar option in the Participant Manager section of your study, inquire with the Study Manager to enable this helpful feature for you.
