# System Status

TrialKit’s multi-cloud environment has several components that contribute to its targeted 99% uptime availability. The statuses can be accessed within the navigation menu in this portal, or directly via the link below.

If the system status is indicating no downtime, and you are unable to reach trialkit.com, try disconnecting from your wifi on a **mobile device** and accessing the website or the mobile app from there.
