Steps that will ensure the quickest and most accurate responses:
- Provide as many details as possible, including a full screenshot of where you see an issue.
- If you are on the web, quickly grab the study, subject, or form information using the copy icon. This will copy the details to your clipboard for pasting into your support request.
Submit the ticket and the TrialKit support team will normally reply within 24 hours for non-urgent requests.
