Sending and Viewing Notifications Sent to Study Participants

To send manual messages or notifications to patients, select the Subject Notifications app under the Subject menu.
Prerequisite: Access to Participant Notifications
Once open, you can filter (item 4 below) by site or note type. Individual messages can be sent by clicking the link (item 1 below), or group messages can be sent by selecting the Group column checkboxes and clicking the Send Group Notification link (Item 2 below). Past messages can also be viewed by clicking the link (Item 3 below).
Push notifications will only go to participants who are using the mobile app. Android will not display a notification banner if the targeted user currently has the app open.
