      PDF Uploads

      The PDF Uploads Tool Provides the Ability Upload Files into TrialKit

      Prerequisite: The user must have access to the Grant Access to Study Configuration right under the study configuration application.

      The PDF uploads allow any type or format file to be uploaded via the website.  These files can be accessed by study users anywhere the link is placed.

      The PDF upload is located under the Reports Menu.

      After uploading a file, Tap the view option to open up the PDF and copy the URL.

      That URL can then be placed anywhere for users to get direct access to that file. Examples of useful resources to upload are:

      • Form completion guidelines placed on the study homepage or directly on form

      • Study protocols to place on the study home screen

      • Sponsor newsletters

      • Help buttons on forms
