Study-specific contact information for users
The Contact Us page is where users can get study-specific information about who to contact for assistance. If the screen is blank, it has not been configured by an Administrator. It can be accessed under the Account menu on a web browser:
Technical Help and Support can be accessed at anytime from help.trialkit.com
The Contact Us page is for study questions that the TrialKit Support team is unable to assist with.

The Contact Us Page is a helpful place to put any study information that can help end users. Issues like protocol questions and data entry questions are good examples of placing contact information in a readily available place. The Home page is another area this could be done.
