History of System Emails Sent Users
Email notifications can be important to keep a study on track, to ensure the system is keeping users informed of important events. Emails can sometimes get lost or claimed as not received by users, so TrialKit provides a log of what it sends out.
This report is intended for study Admins only. It will give visibility of all user email addresses.

This opens a table of emails including date sent, recipient email address, and the subject ID the email was related to.
Filtering will be forced by date due to the potential report size. It can also filter by a specific address or subject.

This report will not capture:
Sign in information emails that are sent to users. Those can be verified within the User Manager by the date stamp indicated for the sign in information last sent.
Notification and reminder emails sent to Participant users for forms they have due for completion
