For new Customers who have licensed TrialKit, CDS works closely with that team to walk the primary users through a smooth onboarding process. This helps the key users Administer and Manage the TrialKit platform most effectively.

It involves close and frequent collaboration between your team and the CDS’ Training and Services group. Prior to every new engagement, CDS schedules an initial kickoff call with the Customer’s identified Administrators. In that kickoff call, here is what gets covered:

  • Introductions and Key Contacts

  • Training Course Summary

  • Review of customer’s intended first study build

  • Anticipated Build Process and Timeline

  • Questions

After the kick-off meeting, the new Customer’s Trainees are granted access to a training study in TrialKit, as well as TrialKit Academy learning portal.
