Capture Images or Video Via the Web

The Mobile app has always provided a means for collecting images and video directly on forms. Users on the web needed to upload a file. Now, the web allows either uploading or taking a direct capture using the computer’s camera. This is being made available to both Clinicians and in the Participant Web portal.

Instant Search In Subject Manager

The main subject manager table on the web now opens with the search box automatically activated so a user could instantly type and tap enter to filter for a subject ID or any data contained in the subject manager table.

Note: the original search at the top of the subject manager table is removed so all search is done from one place.

A New Method For Cross Referencing Log Forms

TrialKit form logic has always been able to reference other log forms (first, or most recent), but now can also reference anything in between with the new external variable “any form date”.

Study Builders can now write conditional logic on a form, based on a defined date field, to perform actions based on a matching date from another repeating (log) form.

The TMF main table view has been cleaned up to replace some of the less important information with more important details. Date of review is now displayed directly in the table without the need to drill into details or export the review history report.

The file properties also now provide an option to copy a unique URL to the clipboard for sharing with other team members, as an easier way to point them to the file.
