TrialKit v7.12 - May 2025 - Release Summary

This release brings several highlighted features described below and many other improvements and bug fixes. Scroll to the bottom for the exportable full release notes.

New Feature Highlights

TrialKit is Now on Mac!

The TrialKit app is now available on the Mac app store to use the TrialKit app in a resizable window on a desktop computer. This is a welcome introduction to take advantage of the app on larger screens.

Study-specific URLs for Participant Registration

Provide Potential Study Participants With a URL to self-register for your study. A new option in the Study Manager now gives you the ability to make your study public to Participant registration through a specific URL. Use that URL on any external sites or advertising content to direct Participants to the the registration process.

Task Management Made More Helpful

See more of the task information and details by tapping on the task name from the tasks table.

DICOMS and Annotations Can now be exported in batch

Exporting DICOMs was previously only possible for each file individually. Now entire series can be exported to a zip file along with the Directory to make it easier for uploading into other viewers or applications. Read more here.

This can be done at both the subject and study level.

Trial Master File Enhancements

A New optional property in the Trial Master File to assign a site and country to each file.

Also past file versions are now more easily accessible to download and reference!

Impact Considerations

The app on iPad and Mac moves the main navigation menu from the bottom of the screen to the top. Other mobile apps will retain the menu at the bottom.
