TrialKit v7.7 - October 2024
Includes Web and iOS - Rollout completion by October 15, 2024
Enhancement Highlights
It all starts with knowledge. Now its been super-fied 🎓
The knowledge base now has continuous conversation AI search available. Ask a question and then iterate on that question to help you quickly find the information you need. Try it out from the search box in the Knowledge base.
AI Reporting ✨
Introduction of AI Analytics and the AI Dashboard modale from any screen.
Expansion of e-Signatures☑️
A new e-Signature capability has been added on the Button object on forms. This is so a signature can be collected anywhere on forms without the form needing to be saved. An example use-case is if attestation to something on the form is required - like a signature of the user who performed an assessment. The audit trail might have a mix of different users saving the form so the signature in that case can serve to identify the key user. In the near future, the signature date and user will be made available in the report builder and data exports.
Custom Lists 📊
Custom reports - Data listings created from the report builder - can now be accessed directly in the subject manager for the site. This can help the site or Monitors see summary data about a given site’s data without needing to leave and open the report builder.
Color Control on the Web 🎨
Study themes displayed on the web are now easier to update/modify with the color pickers and image upload.
Manual Notifications to Users 🔔
Custom Admin Notifications now include Email and SMS/text, in addition to the existing popup banner.
Language Selection On Forms 🌐
Clinicians can now toggle to other languages of a form on the web when other languages exist. Previously this was possible via the mobile app only.
Other Honorable Mentions 😎
DICOM viewer is now available on mobile!
DICOM annotation data is also now available from the form, without the need to open up the dicom viewer and search for measurements
For ePRO studies utilizing triggered events, the event name and the triggering record that caused the event are now available in the report builder and in data exports to help identify which time point each record is related to. This is in addition to the pre-existing record date.
Improvements in the speed of the Trial master file
The Record Status report now includes a visit filter and can exclude Admin site data when exported
